Your opportunity We are now looking for a Specialist to join our SLB & Collateral Management team in Zürich.

We are looking for someone to manage all aspects of SLB & Collateral Management operations. This is an ideal way to gain work experience and from the start you will be right at the heart of the business taking part in the day to day operations:

Securities Lending & Borrowing:

• Securities Lending & Borrowing Trading
• Manage existing counterparty relations and negotiate and onboard new trading parties
• Enhancing available Lending Pool by enabling additional assets
• Constant seeking for new business opportunities in the area of Securities Finance

Repo:

• Build a repo infrastructure to ensure a stable daily cash management
• Maintain existing and enable new counterparty relationships
• Constant review of additional opportunities (additional revenue, cost savings, optimize liquidity etc.)

Collateral Management:

• Daily Collateral Management for different contract types as ISDA, GMSLA, GMRA, CCPs and others
• Constant improvement of Collateral Management due to regulatory changes

Additional:

• Build a strong and stable Securities Finance infrastructure to reduce operational risk
• Collaborate in cross-team projects

You bring:

• First work experience in finance / banking within an operations department a benefit
• Experience in python programming a strong plus
• Written and verbal communication skills in German and English
